Synopsis: 

Three Yemeni teenage girls take part in an entrepreneurship competition. To do so, they have to deal with a country where the education is corrupted, where there are no jobs and which is under the threat of Al-Qaeda. Despite growing up in a conservative society where traditional gender roles are encouraged and perpetuated, Wafaa, Maha and Reem are determined to forge a better future for themselves.

Bio Director: 

Shawn David Thompson began his career in the 90s as an actor in Aaron Spelling's musical drama The Heights.  He is  known for Shotgun Wedding (2003), which won the Audience Choice Award at the Beverly Hills Film Festival, West from North Goes South (2004) and Flypaper (2005).
