Diogène (Non-Profit-Making Association – ABSL) has 23 years of experience in the production of documentary films in Belgium and abroad. It has equally produced numerous films with international institutions and NGO’s. It has also organized cultural and social events at a European level. It has followed and supervised the work of film-makers in the four corners of the world
