Web TV 31/5 - Meeting Riccardo Russo
On may the 28th, the Millenium International Documentary Film Festival hosted the world premiere screening of the Human Chain, directed by Riccardo Russo and Paolo Barberi. After the screening, a conference was organised around the thematics of hunger crisis and european humanitarian aid in Sahel countries.
With the presence of Krystyna Bednarska (WFP Director), Riccardo Russo (Film Director), Dagmar Schumacher (UN Women Director), Issakou Souleymane (Chargé d'Affaires, Embassy of Niger to Belgium), Cees Wittebrood (ECHO Head of Unit (East, West, Southern Africa and Indian Ocean)).
Moderated by Evin Joyce (Dept. of Humanitarian Aid & Civil Protection (ECHO), European Commission).
