In The Ghost of Piramida, the director Andreas Koefoed follows Efterklang in a 9-day audio travel in the ghost town of Piramida on the Spitsbergen, about a thousand kilometers away from the North Pole where there are more polar bears than humans. With their taciturn and barely impressed Russian polar bears’ protector, the group takes part in a treasure hunt in the empty buildings of the ghost town.
